Karl A. (Tony) Calandra, is the CEO of Jennmar Holdings. The group of companies includes Jennmar, J-LOK, Jennchem, JM Steel, Jennmar Civil, JM Conveyors, XCAL Tools, XCAL Industries, and Jennmar Services. Collectively employing over 4,000 people, these companies touch a broad array of sectors including forestry, chemical, civil, construction, fabrication, geotechnical, infrastructure, logistics, manufacturing, mining, recruitment, safety, solar, and steel.

Tony has 22 years in the industry and joined the group of companies in 2002. Prior to joining the company, he was a Senior Accountant at Ernst & Young. Tony graduated from Bucknell University and received his MBA from Waynesburg College in 2009.

Tony is on the board of the National Mining Association and the Pennsylvania Coal Association. He is also on the board of Rocbolt Resins Australia and Chairman of the Board for Jennmar Australia, Jennmar Canada, and Jennmar Tianjin.

Michael Calandra is the Executive Vice President of Frank Calandra Inc. and its subsidiaries. He is also President of Marjenn Trucking. He sits on the Board of Directors for Frank Calandra, Inc., Jennmar, Jennchem, and Jennmar Australia. Michael graduated from St. Francis University in 1984 with a BS in Business.

Michael Portwood is the Chief Operating Officer of Jennmar. He has 30 years of experience in the automotive, mining, civil, and manufacturing industries. He graduated from Sue Bennett College with a BA in Business Administration, is a Journeyman Tool and Die Maker, and holds an Executive MBA from Xavier University.

Michael’s career began as an intern at Toyota Motor Manufacturing while in college, where he developed a passion for the manufacturing process. During his time in the automotive industry, he gained extensive experience in roles such as tool and die maker, engineering manager, business development leader, and plant manager.

As an entrepreneur, Michael founded multiple businesses, including a tool and die company supporting the automotive industry with the design and manufacture of dies, gauges, and fixtures. He also launched a manufacturing and distribution company serving the mining industry with a wide range of product lines.

Michael later joined Minova, where he served as VP of Operations. He then moved to Orica, serving as GM of Global Projects, where he led efforts to consolidate the global footprint of the explosive supply chain. He subsequently returned to Minova, serving as President for 12 years.

Robert Wise is the Senior Vice President of Operations for Jennmar. He joined the Jennmar team in 2012 and is responsible for all US Jennmar manufacturing plants. He has a total of 37 years experience in the mining, civil and manufacturing industries and graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Mining Engineering in May 1981.

Bruce Johnson is the Senior Vice President of Operations. Bruce joined Jennmar in March of 2015. He has 25 years’ experience in the coal industry starting with Massey energy for 17 years. At Massey, he held the position of Divisional Controller, Management Trainee Underground, Divisional President, and Vice President of Purchasing. Bruce also spent five years at United Coal where he was Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Materials Management. Bruce was also Vice President of Purchasing at Foresight Energy before joining Jennmar. He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BS in Accounting and earned his MBA at Morehead State University. Bruce earned his CPA license in 1996.

Tim Maziarz, Chief Financial Officer, joined Jennmar in August of 2004. Before joining Jennmar, he worked for Ernst & Young LLP in Pittsburgh from 1995 to 2004 and served as a Senior Manager on various middle market and multinational clients in the manufacturing and construction industries. Tim graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Accounting, is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

James Pfeifer is the General Counsel of Jennmar Holdings LLC and Subsidiaries. James joined Jennmar in 2014. He is responsible for the companies’ day-to-day legal matters, manages the companies’ intellectual property portfolio, and oversees all M&A activity. He received a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a JD from the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Law. Before joining Jennmar, he worked as a litigation associate at McGuireWoods, LLP and Pepper Hamilton, LLP.

Rodney is Vice President Sales and Technical Resources is responsible for US sales, budgeting, sales forecasting, and coordinating underground mine technical services. He joined Jennmar in 1997, initially as a Sales Engineer, and then was promoted to Regional Technical Sales Manager. Prior to Jennmar, Rodney held various positions within Consolidated Coal Company from 1981 – 1997. Rodney earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering in from West Virginia University and a MBA from Waynesburg College.

Rodney is on the Board of Directors for West Virginia Coal Association, West Virginia Coal Mining Institute, and Christian Help, Inc.

Ryan Litwinovich is known for his dynamic leadership in the energy and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President of Jennmar Services, he oversees a vast team of 1500 hourly employees and more than 60 support staff personnel dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients across various industries including mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, and distribution.
 
Ryan's journey towards leadership excellence began with his tenure at CONSOL Energy, where he honed his expertise over 13 years in both mining and oil & gas operations. His multifaceted experience provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of these industries, from operational challenges to strategic planning.
 
In 2014, Ryan transitioned to Jennmar Services, marking a significant milestone in his career. Initially joining as the Director of Oil & Gas for contract labor services. His strategic vision, coupled with his hands-on approach, propelled him to success, earning him the trust and respect of both colleagues and clients alike.  Ryan was promoted to the position of Vice President in 2020, a testament to his exemplary performance and unwavering commitment to the company's success.
 
Ryan's educational background further complements his professional achievements. He holds both an MBA and an Undergraduate degree in Leadership from Waynesburg University, providing him with a solid foundation in business management and strategic leadership.  
 
As Ryan continues to spearhead initiatives and drive innovation within Jennmar Services, his unwavering commitment to excellence, coupled with his visionary leadership, ensures a promising future for the organization and the industries it serves.
 

Renee Radvansky is the Corporate HR Director for Jennmar Holdings LLC and Subsidiaries, managing the Human Resources and Domestic Payroll departments. A graduate of MSB Business School in Pittsburgh, she worked for several organizations owned by the Rangos family before being hired by Frank Calandra Inc. in 1985. During her tenure with the Company and while moving through the ranks, she has worked closely with the Calandra family, finance, engineering, and operations departments before transferring to Human Resources in 2008. She assumed the Director position in January 2018.

David Cunningham oversees all contracts and pricing for JM and XCAL Tools, as well as developing and implementing sales strategy across all JM brands. David is an MBA graduate of Penn State and an Undergrad of Bucknell University earning his degree in Business Management. He joined the Jennmar family as a Project Manager in 2010 and was quickly promoted to Jennchem Manager in 2012, and then to JM Business Development Manager in 2016. David was appointed to his present position in early 2021.

Benjamin is Vice President of Jennmar Engineering, an affiliate of Jennmar Corporation. Ben started his mining career in 1997 at CONSOL Energy’s Central Appalachian operation, Buchanan Mine. Ben began an internship with Jennmar in the summer of 2000. Ben completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering at West Virginia University in 2001 and a Master of Science degree with focus on rock mechanics and ground control in 2003. Ben started full-time employment with Jennmar as a sales engineer in 2004. Ben is currently working on completing his PHD from Virginia Tech, and will complete summer of 2019. Ben has authored 11 research papers on rock mechanics and ground control in mining, on subjects including, Secondary support application, Innovative cable bolt applications, Tensioned cables for primary and supplemental roof support, Numerical modeling of secondary supports, and Geologic mapping based on roof bolter drilling parameters. Along with the research papers, Ben has extensive and complex field experience for Longwall Ground Support. Ben was inducted into Careers in Coal, 2013. Ben is a member of The Society for Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration (SME), West Virginia Coal Association and West Virginia Coal Mining Institute.

Matthew Brock is the Vice President of JM Steel. He joined JM Steel in 2010 and currently handles all Vice President and administrative functions for the company. In addition to that role, he is also directly involved in business development and creating new sales opportunities. Prior to joining JM Steel, Matt was a Project Manager with Huron Consulting Group in their Business Advisory and Legal Consulting Groups. Matthew received an MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and received a BS in Economics and Business Management from West Virginia University.

Drew Morgan is the Chief Operating Officer for Jennchem. Drew graduated Cum Laude from West Virginia University in December 2010 with a Bachelors of Science in Mining Engineering. Drew worked for 8 years at Consol Energy as an intern and Supervisor in the Pennsylvania operations. In 2015, Drew joined Jennchem as a Technical Service Engineer and was promoted to the Northeast Regional Manager in October of 2016. He was promoted to COO in January 2020.

A qualified Professional Engineer, Jacob Hunter’s specialties include Mining, Tunneling, Geo-structural, and Heavy Civil projects. Jacob has worked on projects throughout North America, both as a manager in the field and a Project Engineer at the Jennmar Specialty Products Facility in Virginia. Currently, Jacob is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. A graduate of Ohio University’s Russ College of Engineering & Technology and is currently registered with the NCEES as a Professional Engineer. Jacob joined Jennmar in 2011.

Gareth graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and immediately entered the automotive industry as a product design specialist. Following this, he entered the mine roof and ground support industry. He has in excess of 15 years of experience in this industry including product development, sales & marketing, and senior management with Duraset where he was a Director. He joined Jennmar in 2013 to start our operations in South Africa and the larger African continent. Gareth moved to Australia with his family in early 2022 to lead Jennmar Australia on its path of continuing success.

Sara joined Jennmar in 2025 as General Manager of Jennmar Sweden, as Jennmar acquired SSABs Expandable Rock Bolt production facility in Virsbo, Sweden. Prior to the acquisition, Sara has 10 years of experience from the steel industry from her time at SSAB, from group strategy and development and special products such as high strength bars and tubes, before becoming general manager of sales and production of the mill in Virsbo in 2021.

Prior to SSAB, Sara also has several years of experience from the energy industry at the Nordic energy company Fortum, mainly working with business development on energy services towards the B2C market.

Sara holds a master in Business and Management Engineering from the Royal institute of Technology in Stockholm and lives with her husband and three kids outside of Stockholm.

A qualified Electrical Engineer, David has been involved in the mining industry for 32 years having held positions of General Manager Long Airdox, President and COO for Fenner Dunlop and Managing Director JENNMAR Canada. David’s focus is always 100% customer satisfaction and support. David joined JENNMAR in 2010.

A qualified Geotechnical Engineer, Trent has worked for both large and small mining companies on various projects, production, and management positions. Specialties include identifying continuous improvement projects and systems, focusing on safety and development efficiencies. Trent joined JENNMAR in 2009.

Is Managing Director and Founding Partner of Turnstone Industrial Solutions, LLC, based in Winchester, KY, USA. He also is a Director at ABC Canada Technology Group, Ltd, based in Saskatoon, SK, Canada. Paul has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, designing, developing and selling ventilation products and solutions across various industries using a range of base raw materials - including sheet metals, coated fabrics and composite polymers. After undergrad studies in Literature, Theology and Adolescent Counselling at few Canadian prairie universities, a side job working in the custom metal fabrication business pivoted his interest into crafting customer solutions, developing new products, vetting business opportunities and everything in-between.

Brian Stock serves as the Corporate Safety Manager for Jennmar. He graduated Cum Laude from Alderson Broaddus University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine. In 2017, he earned his Masters in Organizational Leadership from West Liberty University. Brian embarked on his mining career in 1999 as an underground laborer at Murray Energy after gaining experience in both inpatient and outpatient Physical Therapy clinics. His safety career commenced in 2001 at the Century Mine, and he further honed his expertise with CONSOL Energy, where he spent 11 years. Throughout his professional journey, Brian has held various positions, including Safety Inspector, Safety Manager/Supervisor, Corporate Safety Manager, and Environmental/Health/Safety/Security (EHS&S) Manager within the Mining and Manufacturing industries since 2001.
