Jennmar Acquires All Tech Engineering
PITTSBURGH, April 2, 2025 – Jennmar, a global provider of infrastructure products and specialized services to the civil, solar, mining, and construction industries and a FalconPoint Partners portfolio company, announced today that it has acquired the assets of All Tech Engineering (“ATE”), a provider of world-class, specialized automated machinery. The ATE assets will operate as Jennmar Automation, LLC moving forward.
The addition of ATE brings highly specialized automatic machinery, equipment, and custom engineering expertise to Jennmar, supporting the company’s continued efforts to implement automation technologies across its global manufacturing footprint. With ATE, Jennmar is now positioned to deliver more products and solutions, more quickly, to customers in all segments it serves. Jennmar has been an ATE customer for more than five years.
